Kiara is a passionate Pilates instructor with a love for movement, strength, and mindful connection. With a background in high-intensity reformer Pilates, she creates dynamic and energizing classes that leave clients feeling stronger, more confident, and empowered. Her sessions blend challenging yet accessible workouts with great energy, a supportive atmosphere, and a killer playlist. Originally from Chicago, Kiara spent years in NYC and brings a blend of grit and warmth to everything she does. When she’s not coaching, she loves exploring new restaurants, going on nature walks, and indulging in her passion for fashion.

Caleigh Cooper @caleighnicole

Born and raised in Houston, I bring my love for movement, energy, and a little bit of sass to every reformer Pilates class. When I’m not teaching, you’ll find me reading, taking class myself, searching for the best martini in the city, or on yet another girls trip. I’m also a proud dachshund mom—my weenie dog, Bear, is my favorite personality trait! Let’s strengthen, lengthen, and flow together soon. See you on the reformer!

Meybeli Osorio @meybeliosorio

Hello, my name is Meybeli I’ve been teaching for two plus years in Katy and have recently moved to Houston for my job. I currently work in plastic surgery at ACPS with Dr. Wentworth and Dr. Fortes as their coordinators. I have a passion for being the best version of yourself and shooting high with your goals. I run full marathons for fun but also because I’m my biggest competition. I’ll be running the Houston marathon for the 3rd year in a row, followed by two other locations. You will know my classes best by putting in the work you want out of it. I will be your biggest cheerleader and your bestest friend inside and outside of the studio. My classes are not the easiest but I know that we all start somewhere and I’m willing to get you to your goals. Tia Walton @tiajaneigh

A Pilates instructor with two years of experience, Tia brings energy, fun, and hip hop/pop beats to every class. Known as the Pulsing Queen, she will have you feeling strong and energized from start to finish! Outside of teaching, she loves spicy margaritas, hanging with her lab/dachshund mix, and all things baby pink.

Saj @sajsahmadi

Saj fell in love with Pilates five years ago as a client, and before she knew it, she was leading classes and she has been at it for the past two years! Her classes are simultaneously challenging and chill somehow but with a playlist of house music, hip-hop, and international beats to keep the energy high. When she’s not in the studio, you’ll probably find her at a concert or exploring a new city or country—where she always make time to check out local studios.

Stephanie McCarrey @stephanieannhtxyoga

Stephanie got her first personal training certification in 2001 and has been practicing reformer Pilates since 2015. She truly fell in love with the practice when she saw the results in her body. Pilates can take the place of weight training; the results were less injuries and lean muscle. Stephanie loves core work, and Pilates is the best modality to express that. Pilates improves your balance, your spinal health and overall is an incredible partner to a yoga practice. The music Stephanie plays will be fun, the latest tracks, a little ratchet and always the divas. Stephanie’s goal is to make you feel your strongest and most fabulous.

Val Feachen @valfeachen

Val started her reformer Pilates journey back in 2017 and fell in love with this type of workout. As a full time yoga teacher it was nice to mix things up and reformer quickly became a regular part of her weekly workout routine. In 2024 she decided it was time to transition into teaching Pilates as well. She became certified in October of 2024 and has been teaching ever since. She’s excited to continue my Pilates teaching journey with Revival Pilates and the amazing team of instructors here.

Kelsey is our incredible Head Instructor and brings years of experience, passion, and dedication to the art of both Yoga and Pilates. As the Yoga Director of our sister brand, Black Swan Yoga, for the last 4+ years, she fosters a sense of community throughout every studio she’s a part of. Whether you’re a beginner or an expert, she’ll inspire you to move with intention and strength.
