What is Revival Pilates?
We are a reformer-based Pilates studio with both contemporary and classical classes. Our industry leading instructors’ sole focus is to help you be the healthiest you. In addition to pilates, we offer complimentary sauna sessions after class to promote whole body health through first form and mobility focused muscle building followed by sustained heart rate elevation and blood circulation.
Aside from our top-tier instructors, we offer a full schedule of classes all day long, making it super easy to find a class to fit your schedule. Did we mention our incredibly supportive community and custom sauna free for everyone after class?
Most of our classes are reformer based. Burn is our muscle group focused, contemporary reformer class. Align is our whole body, classical reformer class. Foundations is our mat and tower basics class. We recommend this for any first timers. Classical mat is the original sequence of mat poses created by Joseph Pilates.   • Before class: show up 10 minutes before class to check in and meet your instructor. Let them know if it’s your first time or if you have injuries or special needs. Put on your grip socks if you have them!
  • During class: Our classes are 50 minutes long. Listen to your body. Modify and take breaks as desired or needed. Enjoy getting stronger with our varying full-body, upper body, lower body, and core based exercises.
  • After class: Clean your station. Wind down in our custom sauna. Hydrate, and cool off in the courtyard as you book your next class. Enjoy the rest of your day!

Most of our instructors play music during class. Each instructor is unique in their background, training style, and specialty. No two teachers are the same, so if you are looking for a certain experience, send us an email to info@revivalpilates.studio, and we will recommend some teachers for you to try out!

Absolutely! We give you a tour of the facility and an overview of the reformer before your first class. Plus, our instructors call out modifications for each exercise sequence throughout the class so you get to go at your own pace.
Not at all! Our classes are accessible to all fitness levels. Our premier trainers do a fantastic job of identifying who is in each class. They offer modifications for you to take as you need them. You are always highly encouraged to take breaks as desired. Listen to your body first. The classes are for you to enjoy. We want you to make it the experience you are looking for.
If you are attending class for the first time, please arrive 10-15 minutes early so that we have time to give you a tour, introduce you to your trainer, and familiarize you with the reformer. 
Be prepared to move and get a great sweat! Wear any type of athletic wear. Light weight, sweat-wicking apparel is great! Grip socks are recommended, though optional. Please bring a towel and water. If you choose to use the sauna after class, we require you to sit on a towel. If you do not own or forget these items, we have them at the studio for purchase.
Our classes fill up pretty quickly so we recommend booking 2-3 days in advance! All of our classes require online preregistration. Be sure to arrive 10 minutes early so you have time to park, check in, set up your space, and grab any extras you might need (grip socks, props, etc.).
Students must cancel 4+ hours before class start time to avoid being charged a $20 late cancellation fee. If you signed up with a class pack or single class drop in and late cancel, you lose your class credit in addition to the $20 late fee. Cancellation fees are non-refundable.
Students can park for free in the lots in front of and behind our studio. There is also free street parking available along Commonwealth St and Lovett Blvd.
Students have a 5 minute grace period after the listed class time, which allows for any late students to join. Students will not be able to join class after 5 minutes.
The exercises can be physically demanding, so we recommend that you have clearance from a doctor or physical therapist before joining our classes. Always listen to your body. Skip any exercises that agitate injuries. If you aren’t sure, skip it. You can ask your teacher after class, but teachers are not doctors. Always take your doctor’s word over ours.
Yes! With their doctor or birth coach’s approval, many people take classes well into their pregnancy. Labor and parenting require strength, stamina, and energy so, with a doctor’s approval, training is a great way to prepare you for the challenge!
We offer a free sauna session after each class. Head to our “Sauna” page for details and rules!
Unfortunately not. Due to this being our flagship location, our studio space is limited. If you plan to sweat in the sauna, be sure to bring a change of clothes or a towel to sit on afterwards.

Can’t get enough pilates? If you attend 2 or more classes a week, then consider becoming a monthly unlimited member! At only $259 per month, our membership is one of the best deals in town. A monthly membership gets you unlimited access to all Revival classes plus 10% off retail! There is no minimum contact length. You can cancel anytime 5+ days before your next auto draft by emailing info@revivalpilates.studio.

If you would like to cancel your monthly membership you can do so by sending us an email at info@revivalpilates.studio requesting cancellation. Please be sure to cancel your membership 5 days before the start of your next pay period, in order to avoid getting charged.
All sales are final. We do not issue refunds on memberships, class packs, or merch.
