What classes do you offer?
Can you give me a rundown of my before, during, and after class experience?
- Before class: show up 10 minutes before class to check in and meet your instructor. Let them know if it’s your first time or if you have injuries or special needs. Put on your grip socks if you have them!
- During class: Our classes are 50 minutes long. Listen to your body. Modify and take breaks as desired or needed. Enjoy getting stronger with our varying full-body, upper body, lower body, and core based exercises.
- After class: Clean your station. Wind down in our custom sauna. Hydrate, and cool off in the courtyard as you book your next class. Enjoy the rest of your day!
What else should I know about your classes?
Most of our instructors play music during class. Each instructor is unique in their background, training style, and specialty. No two teachers are the same, so if you are looking for a certain experience, send us an email to info@revivalpilates.studio, and we will recommend some teachers for you to try out!

Can’t get enough pilates? If you attend 2 or more classes a week, then consider becoming a monthly unlimited member! At only $259 per month, our membership is one of the best deals in town. A monthly membership gets you unlimited access to all Revival classes plus 10% off retail! There is no minimum contact length. You can cancel anytime 5+ days before your next auto draft by emailing info@revivalpilates.studio.
