As the Yoga Director of our sister brand, Black Swan Yoga, for the last 4+ years, she fosters a sense of community throughout every studio she’s a part of. Whether you’re a beginner or an expert, she’ll inspire you to move with intention and strength.

Julia Green, certified Pilates instructor at Revival Pilates Studio, demonstrating posture alignment and core-strengthening exercise with poise.

Julia Green @juliaclementine_

With a strong foundation in movement and mindfulness through my background as a Baptiste-trained yoga teacher and my passion for strength training and CrossFit, I bring a unique, well-rounded perspective to my Pilates teaching. Although I’m newer to Pilates, I quickly fell in love with its precision and power—especially the way it activates the core like nothing else I’ve experienced. After just a few sessions, I knew I had to dive deeper and have since completed Mat 1, 2, and 3 through Balanced Body.

I’m excited to be on this journey and to grow alongside my students. Let’s build strong Foundations together—one breath, one movement at a time.

FAQs

Do I need prior Pilates experience?

While a passion for movement is essential, we recommend having at least 6 months of consistent Pilates practice. This ensures you have a solid foundational understanding of the exercises before learning how to teach them to others.

Yes, our curriculum is method-driven and meets high industry standards. Upon successful completion, you will receive a Revival Pilates Teacher Training Certification, recognizing your expertise in our specific method and classical foundations.

To maintain the integrity of the training, 100% attendance is required for all in-studio sessions and lectures. We believe in the power of hands-on learning, and being present is vital to your success as an instructor.

Absolutely. We have designed the schedule (such as weekend intensives) to accommodate professionals and students. However, you will need to dedicate time during the week for self-study, observation, and practice hours.

We understand that emergencies happen. Any missed sessions must be made up through private sessions with a lead educator at an additional cost to ensure you don’t fall behind in the curriculum.
