Stephanie got her first personal training certification in 2001 and has been practicing reformer Pilates since 2015. She truly fell in love with the practice when she saw the results in her body. Pilates can take the place of weight training; the results were less injuries and lean muscle. Stephanie loves core work, and Pilates is the best modality to express that. Pilates improves your balance, your spinal health and overall is an incredible partner to a yoga practice.
